I'm now checking whether the project team is actually doing work, rather than just listening to their narratives. First, verify if the treasury expenditures and milestones match: where the money is spent, whether deliverables are completed after spending, and if the deliverables can be verified on-chain, through code, or on the product page. No matter how beautifully the schedule is written, if the result is always a cycle of "launch next week," it’s a bit like delaying costs.

Recently, cross-chain bridges have been hacked again, and many people are starting to "wait for confirmation" as a form of consensus after oracle errors. I also pay more attention to a detail: whether security investments are ongoing, whether budgets are adjusted after incidents, or if money continues to be used for events and KOL promotions... Frankly, where the money flows is more honest than verbal promises.

By the way, a reminder to myself: I tend to mistake simplicity for a trap. That kind of "just a multi-signature, just one upgrade, just temporary custody" sounds convenient, but often it’s the beginning of future landmines. That’s all for tonight; before sleep, I’ll just glance at the on-chain transaction flow as a lullaby.
