Lately, I've been a bit obsessed with earning testnet points, originally just to practice and get a feel for it, but then I saw everyone in the group calculating "how much I can exchange in the future," and my mindset immediately shifted... Honestly, once practice turns into expectations, it's easy to become reluctant to stop.

My self-imposed stop-loss is pretty simple: time stop-loss + emotional stop-loss. For example, if a project’s tasks become increasingly awkward over three days, and interactions feel like wading through mud but I still force myself to push on, I’ll stop first; also, if I think "I'll miss out if I don’t act now," I’ll close the page and check again the next day. Anyway, testnet isn’t real capital, so don’t treat it like a perpetual motion machine.

Recently, the staking unlocks and token unlock calendar are being brought up every day, everyone’s worried about selling pressure. I also take this “unlock anxiety” as a weather vane: when the wind is strong, I lower my expectations; don’t chase points too high, or you’ll get hurt when it falls. That’s all for now.
