Lately, I've been really into browsing DAO proposals...

In the past, I only looked at whether they would give out subsidies or not,
now I realize the more sinister part is behind: who can propose, who can pass votes, who gets delegated,
no matter how well the incentives are written, if the power structure doesn't change, it's just a rebranding to keep playing.
Especially those proposals to "increase participation,"
they sprinkle some sugar while quietly raising the bar,
basically filtering for their own people.

Am I overthinking?
No, when I had FOMO before, I fell for the mistake of "only watching the excitement without reading the terms"...

These days, the funding rate is extremely volatile again,
people in the group are arguing whether to reverse or keep squeezing the bubble,
but I think it's the same as voting: when emotions are high,
it's easiest to mistake "short-term incentives" for "long-term justice."
If I really want to participate in voting now, I would first write:
Am I supporting the rules or a short-term red envelope?
If I don't write, I won't click confirm,
and I hold back my urge.
