Lately I've been talking about grid/DCA and whether a single shot is more "profitable," but honestly I think it depends on who better matches your sleep schedule. If watching the market makes your heart race, then even if you win with a single shot, you won't sleep soundly, and losing is even worse; grid/DCA at least breaks down the emotions, making losses slower and allowing you to do other things.
I personally chase trends but don't blindly rush in; I first check if there are squeezes on the chain or if active addresses suddenly spike. When congestion starts, I don't dare to heavily leverage, preferring small amounts in batches. By the way, the debate over privacy coins/mixing coins and their compliance boundaries is pretty intense; the more they argue, the less I want to "go all-in and bet on my stance," so I let the bullets fly for a while... as long as I can sleep, there will be follow-up.
I'm going to work now.
