Honestly, if there’s truly new information, I should be able to clearly explain what it affects and how long it will take for it to materialize; if I can’t, it’s probably just FOMO.

Especially these days, everyone keeps talking about staking unlocks and token unlock calendars—once that selling-pressure anxiety kicks in, it’s even easier to make messy clicks. My dumb but effective method: first write my position down as fixed; if I want to add, I’ll wait one night, and only move the next day if it still feels reasonable. For niche privacy/storage projects, I move even slower—anyway, I’m not chasing that one sudden wave. What about you?
