In the early morning, you scroll through group chats—messages come like waves, one after another. KOL screenshots, viewpoints, and emotions all pile together. The more you watch, the more your hands start to itch. To put it plainly, when it comes to impulsively buying, you can’t really blame anyone. Group chats are mostly amplifiers, and KOLs only make the idea of “making quick money” burn a little brighter. In the end, it’s still you who hits confirm.

Recently, the airdrop season has been even more ridiculous. The task platforms “fight witches” like it’s timekeeping and attendance check-ins. A points system turns people who just want to farm rewards into office workers. In the group, people complain while continuing to do tasks… the atmosphere isn’t that bad—people remind each other not to get carried away—but still, some can’t help chasing the hottest topics.

My conclusion: when you’re overloaded with information, pull your hands back first. What makes you lose money is never the news—it’s the fact that you didn’t set boundaries.
