Recently, many people are rushing into memes, chasing celebrities, and getting worked up over a single sentence.

I'm sweating for hardware wallets...
Honestly, your assets haven't reached the level of "can't sleep" yet, so don't pretend to be a multi-signature board of directors.
Signing once is like making meeting minutes, and in the end, you find it troublesome and just put the private key back on the computer, which is a waste of effort.

My rough categorization:
Small amounts (if lost, you might curse a few times but it won't affect your life) just use hot wallets + limits;
When you start to have some volume (if lost, you'll feel heartache), switch to hardware wallets, at least blocking half of accidents like "clicking the wrong link";
When it really comes to a stage where "I don't trust any one of myself," multi-signature makes sense.
It's best to separate signing devices/people, otherwise, is three keys in one house still multi-signature?
Social recovery I think is quite suitable for those with poor memory and who love clicking around...
But the premise is that you trust the guardian, and don't turn "recovery" into "social engineering" in the end.
Anyway, don't buy complexity just for security; complexity is the biggest attack surface.
