These days, I was pulled into testing the testnet again, claiming it’s for earning points and building reputation. Everyone’s guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens... I’m a bit overwhelmed. To be honest, badges and such, it’s pretty satisfying when you get them, but when you think about it, I’ve spent my evenings and weekends on it, and it’s actually not worth it. Especially that social mining thing, liking and sharing every day to look familiar, it feels like working overtime for myself.

Now I’d rather focus my energy on things I can clearly calculate: transaction fees, slippage, pool depth—at least I know the wins and losses. When it comes to security, I’d rather take an extra step: for new projects, always use a separate wallet and run a small test first, look at the signature pop-up twice, take it slow if needed. I don’t want to risk my fish tank just for a few points. That’s all for now.
