Yuewen Group announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Shanghai Hongwen, as the buyer, signed an equity transfer agreement with Linzhi Lichuang to conditionally acquire approximately 28.22% of the equity interests in Wuhan Yihua Kaitian Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., for a consideration of 4.0078 billion yuan. The company held approximately 31.48% of the equity interests in the target company as of the announcement date; upon completion, this will increase to approximately 59.70%.
