Lately, I haven't been interested in listening to projects talk about TPS, fees, or subsidies. Watching too many Layer 2 mouth wars has just made me numb... I'm more concerned about the credibility of whether they can "last longer." When a newbie reads GitHub, I usually focus on three things: whether someone is constantly fixing and patching, whether issues are being responded to seriously, and whether upgrade-related changes are clearly documented. If it's all just ad-hoc merges with no review, I get a bit anxious.

Don't treat audit reports as a get-out-of-jail-free card. I first look at the conclusions and the "unresolved issues," then check if the audit scope missed the core contracts. The most critical part is the upgrade multi-signature: who can sign, how many keys, whether there's a delay in activation (to give you reaction time). Otherwise, a simple "upgradable" just means they can change your rules at any time.

Yesterday, I almost uninstalled a certain wallet plugin directly. The more I looked, the more anxious I became. Later, I thought... forget it, just reduce my position and tighten permissions. That's better than reacting emotionally and quitting. I'll take my time to watch; anyway, I’m not chasing that fleeting hype.
