My current wallet status is: a bunch of chains, a bunch of addresses, and my assets are scattered like cookie crumbs… To be honest, the messiest part isn’t the amounts—it’s that I always “wait.” I wait for confirmation, I wait for the pullback, I wait until I’ve thought it through, and then I just end up waiting so long that I forget why I put the money on that chain in the first place.

Recently, the cross-chain bridge has been having issues again, and the oracle price quotes are acting up—so I’m even more afraid to move things around randomly. In any case, I’ll just wait until confirmation becomes community consensus. My down-to-earth method: keep the main wallet with the main assets plus gas, and treat all other chains as “temporary drawers.” Every time I move funds across, I jot down a quick note (if I don’t, I’ll forget). Then at the end of the month, I’ll consolidate the little bits. It’s not exactly high-tech, but at least I won’t be scrambling in the last hour of voting to find which chain my voting power is on… For now, this is what I’ll do.
