Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Preferred Networks will collaborate to develop AI technology
Mars Finance News: On June 2nd, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries announced that it has reached a commercial alliance agreement with Japanese AI company Preferred Networks to jointly develop cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology, aiming to establish a capital and business alliance by the 2026 fiscal year. The statement said that the two companies will explore joint development of autonomous AI-driven machinery and systems for critical tasks, combining Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' hardware, control, and simulation technology with Preferred Networks' self-developed AI foundational models, AI chips, and computing infrastructure.
