In the subway during the morning rush, I’m checking on-chain data, and it feels like the “parallel” and “sharding” narrative has been getting hot again lately. The group chat is full of people talking about new stories too. It’s all lively, but I’m actually more focused on two things: where to place your assets more safely, and whether there’s a way to exit when you really need to get off (if the exit path isn’t open, then even if it pumps, it’s only words on a screen).

Social mining and fan tokens—this whole “attention is mining” concept—basically comes down to whether you can keep getting seen… but attention fades faster than my commute signals, and if liquidity can’t keep up, it gets awkward fast. Anyway, I still stick to my old habit: when the wind is at my back, I lift positions in batches; when the wind is strong, I land first. If I can take profit and get out, I won’t get stuck in a prolonged fight. That’s it for now.
