BlockBeats News, June 2nd, Grayscale has submitted an amended S-1 registration statement for the Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), proposing a management fee of 0.29%, with the stock ticker HYPG. This fee is lower than that of similar products launched by Bitwise and 21Shares. Among them, Bitwise's BHYP Hyperliquid ETF has a first-month fee of 0%, followed by 0.34%; 21Shares' THYP fee is 0.30%.

Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart stated that Grayscale's Hyperliquid ETF may be launching soon, and it is expected to go live this week. Reports indicate that if successfully launched, this product will become the third Hyperliquid ETF. As of last month, the net inflows for HYPE-related ETFs have exceeded $132 million.
