I just got the itch again and felt like making a move—the kind where your fingers are almost ready to tap down… so I forced myself to stop. To put it bluntly, sometimes your position isn’t pushed by information; it’s pushed by emotions: fear of missing out, fear of being left behind, fear that you “understand it but don’t get in.”
Lately, with the heat around AI Agents and automated trading, the timeline keeps refreshing like a TV series—everyone’s talking about who’s smarter and who can place orders for you. But what I care about more is: who’s actually taking safety seriously, and who’s just making the interaction smoother so you’re more likely to act on impulse.
So my current process is pretty old-school: stop, take a quick look at the on-chain activity, then stop and scroll through group chats for half an hour… If I still want to buy after things cool off, that may count as real information; if I cool down and lose interest, it’s probably just emotion. Anyway, for now, I’ll do it like this.
