I find that unrealized losses really bother people more than unrealized gains. Even if I haven't sold, my mind automatically treats that small loss as "already happened." Unrealized gains are very Zen; if it goes up, it's just... oh, okay, anyway, it might not hold; but when it jumps back and forth between red and green, that green spike feels like a needle prick, and I still replay in bed at night, "Did I not close that trade properly?" Basically, I'm afraid of making mistakes, afraid of missing future opportunities.

Recently, I've been a bit conflicted about on-chain data tools. The tagging system has been criticized for lagging and being misleading. I rely on it to observe capital flows, but I also don't dare to trust it completely. The more uncertain I am, the easier it is to be influenced by unrealized losses and market sentiment. Anyway, I’m now taking it slow, reducing my position size, and not acting if I’m unsure... I still believe that on-chain data will leave traces, just need to wait a few more days. That’s it for now.
