On May 30, it was announced that SpaceX has officially filed for a NASDAQ listing, with the stock ticker SPCX, a fundraising cap of $75 billion, and a valuation expected to surpass $1.75 trillion. The prospectus also revealed its Bitcoin holdings: as of the end of March this year, it held 18,712 coins, with an average price of $35,324, and a current market value of about $1.45 billion, surpassing Tesla in Bitcoin holdings.


The company explicitly states that Bitcoin is considered a long-term treasury asset, not a short-term speculation.
In terms of financial data, by 2025, the company's total revenue is projected to reach $17.5k, with $18.67B in revenue in the first quarter of this year. Its Starlink business accounts for nearly 70% of the revenue, serving as the core revenue pillar.
