CryptoWorld News reported that Cuban Foreign Minister Rodriguez reposted a report on his interview with American media on social media, saying that the U.S.-Cuba dialogue “has made no progress.” He noted that the U.S. has shown “extreme inconsistency and irresponsibility,” and said that the public remarks by U.S. officials are full of hostility. Rodriguez emphasized that Cuba will do everything possible to avoid a military escalation, but will defend its own independence; if it is attacked, it will have to defend itself. He warned that a war between the two countries would trigger a humanitarian disaster.
