These past two days, the “unlock calendar” has been flooding the feed again. The moment someone mentions staking unlocks or token unlocks, selling pressure hits me and my heart starts pounding. Plainly put, unrealized losses really can mess with people more than unrealized gains do. When the books are only a little red, I can still sleep soundly; but the instant they turn green— even if I still haven’t lost much—my brain starts running movies: should I cut, will they keep dumping, and am I getting carried away again?

Later, I realized it’s not really about “defeating” anything—at most, it’s just training. When you’re sitting on an unrealized loss, don’t rush to act. Give yourself a small, deliberate move—something like, first shut the K-line for 10 minutes, write two sentences of your plan, and check whether it’s just emotions making noise or whether the logic has truly changed. Anyway, with my ice cream position, once the sun hits it I just want to run—so I practice first, so I don’t start flailing around before it melts.
