Recently, I was testing on the testnet just to practice, but after browsing the group chat and seeing the "points expectations" vibe, I got hooked and couldn't stop. To be honest, my stop-loss wasn't about losing a certain amount of money, but about "time + attention": two consecutive days of tasks made me annoyed, and I even started staying up late, so I just stopped, even if there was airdrop later, it didn't matter. Positions are like ice cream; if left out in the sun too long, they melt.

Yesterday, I almost had an accident... almost sent my main wallet to a site I didn't recognize, my hand almost clicked confirm, then I suddenly remembered everyone talking about the rate cut expectations, the dollar index, and risk assets fluctuating together in sync. When emotions run high, it's easy to click impulsively. So I changed it to: only use a new wallet, small amounts, fixed 30 minutes, and close the page if time runs out. Expectations are too good at fooling yourself.
