Recently, memes have been getting pretty loud again, and as soon as the group’s emotions flare up, everyone seems to be fighting over the same background music... I also get tempted, but honestly, excitement isn’t a moat; if the narrative cuts out, it becomes very cold. My stop-loss is actually less concerned with watching K-line charts: first, clearly define “what story I’m buying into,” and once I notice the group chat is only full of memes and screenshots, with no new consensus points being shared, I consider the story finished, and even if I lose a little, I’ll exit.

These days, the whole “yield stacking” of pledging and sharing security has been criticized as a scam, and I find it a bit exhausting to listen to: the more layers there are, the more it feels like storing emotions in someone else’s promises. Anyway, my current approach is pretty timid—small positions, preset worst-case scenarios, and saving some bullets for the next wave that seems more like “someone is seriously building something” in the narrative. That’s how I’ll proceed for now.
