That hurts: Why do you stare at the market every day, but your assets shrink the fastest?

Stop looking, to be honest, you are suffering from the three major ailments of retail investors in the crypto world: 1️⃣ Frequent position switching: Seeing the coins others hold rise, you rush to cut your losses and switch to them. As a result, just after you buy in, the price starts to pull back, and the coins you just sold off begin to skyrocket. Getting slapped on both sides, your principal just gets worn away. 2️⃣ Liking to catch falling knives: Seeing a coin drop 50%, thinking "Wow, so cheap," and jumping in to buy the dip. But it can still fall another 90%. Remember, garbage coins have no bottom; they only end when they hit zero. 3️⃣ Taking profits and running, holding tight when losing: Making 5% profit and running faster than a rabbit; losing 50%, then negotiating with the project team, convinced it will bounce back, only to be liquidated forcibly in the end.
