The theoretical foundation of AI was invented by Westerners.

Why haven't Chinese people even developed elementary probability theory?
There are several reasons:
1. Cognitive barriers, "fatalism" overrides "randomness," Chinese people always fantasize about "heavenly communication and the fixed laws in the dark," although greedy for wealth, they do not understand randomness.
2. They can produce Zhu Chongzhi and the Nine Chapters on the Mathematical Art, but these are unrelated to the mathematical path needed to develop probability theory.
3. They fell behind France’s Pascal after the 17th century.
