“BlackRock sold BTC” is a bit misleading.



More accurate:

investors pulled money from BlackRock’s spot Bitcoin ETF, so the fund had to reduce exposure.

That still matters.

ETF outflows confirm that institutional demand is not one-way “only buy” flow.

And to be fair, BTC trend is currently looking quite bearish.

Weak momentum,
ETF outflows,
macro pressure,
higher yields,
and fragile liquidity are all weighing on the market.

But simplifying it to “smart money sells, retail buys” is too clean.
