You have probably heard of Elon Musk at some point or another. What is often forgotten is that the person is not just an entrepreneur running a company, but rather someone who is simultaneously steering several transformative projects across completely different fields.

Let's start with Tesla, which remains probably his most visible project. The company started in 2003 with a simple mission: accelerate the global energy transition. Musk turned this into an undeniable leader in electric vehicles. Beyond popular cars like the Model S and Model 3, Tesla has also positioned itself in batteries, full self-driving, and even solar energy through SolarCity. It has become a complete ecosystem.

Next, there is SpaceX, founded in 2002. The idea was to make space exploration less costly and more accessible. Today, the company masters reusable rockets, sends astronauts to the International Space Station, and is developing Starship for Mars. This is a field that once seemed reserved for government agencies.

But Musk doesn't stop there. The Boring Company, launched in 2016, focuses on underground tunnels to solve traffic jams. The Vegas Loop is its first concrete example. Neuralink, also founded in 2016, explores brain-computer interfaces to treat neurological diseases. It’s science fiction becoming reality.

In 2022, Musk acquired Twitter for about $44 billion, rebranded it as X in 2023, and radically restructured the advertising model and verification system. His vision is to turn it into a super-app offering multiple integrated services.

There is also OpenAI, which he co-founded. Although he left the organization, it has become a major player in AI with GPT and other widely used systems.

What truly fascinates is the coherence behind all this. Each of Elon Musk’s companies seems aimed at a more sustainable and technologically advanced future. Whether renewable energies, space exploration, urban transportation, or brain-machine interfaces, a common thread is visible. It’s rare to see an entrepreneur managing so many transformative projects simultaneously, and that’s what makes him particularly interesting to watch.
