Using the "Six Realms of the Six Directions" logic to explain clearly to you
Many people ask, why did I open a short position at this point on this 4-hour BTC chart?
It's not based on intuition, not on news, and definitely not a gamble on the direction, but entirely following the space rules of the Yi Dao · Six Realms of the Six Directions, trading only within natural boundaries.
What are the Six Realms of the Six Directions?
The Six Realms refer to the "Way of Space" I set.
Taking the six natural horizontal lines from the higher-level cycle (daily chart), directly drawing the bullish and bearish boundaries on the chart:
• The highest price of the previous cycle (LWH)
• The closing/opening price of the previous cycle (LWHL_M)
• The median price of the previous cycle (LWH / Middle)
• The lowest price of the previous cycle (LWL)
These lines are not drawn by me; they are natural positions that inherently exist in the market, serving as boundaries between bullish and bearish.
Price above the six lines indicates a slightly strong trend;
Price below the six lines indicates a slightly weak trend;
In the intersection zone of the six lines, it is the core game zone.
In this chart, the logic for opening a short is very clear:
1. Price is pressured at the upper boundary of the high level and pulls back
The price approaches the daily high (LWH at 82,800) and cannot break through, being directly suppressed, indicating that the "Six Realm Upper Boundary" is a strong resistance level.
2. The daily midline LWHL_M (80,473) is repeatedly tested
The price touches this line multiple times but cannot stabilize, nor return to the strong zone above.
This line is the dividing line of bullish and bearish at the daily level; inability to stabilize = market weakening, support turns into resistance.
3. The support below LMH (79,489) is in danger
The price is already operating below the midline, with support constantly tested. Once effectively broken, the bullish zone of the Six Realms is completely lost, and the bearish space will open.
In summary:
The price is pressured at the upper boundary of the Six Realms and pulls back, breaking the daily midline, repeatedly testing the resistance without stabilization.
According to the rules of the Six Realms, this is a natural weak signal; follow the trend to open a short position, only trade within the boundaries, do not guess the top, do not go against the trend, only resonate with space and trend.
The essence of trading is to follow the natural boundaries the market provides, acting in accordance with the trend.
