COSMOS is starting to show a more constructive bullish structure after breaking out of a falling wedge pattern. This type of formation often signals the end of a corrective phase and the beginning of a potential reversal, especially when it’s followed by a clean breakout with increasing momentum.
The key thing now is confirmation. A breakout alone is not enough — what matters is whether price can hold above the broken resistance and turn it into support. If buyers defend this area successfully, it increases the probability of a sustained bullish continuation rather than a fake breakout.
From a trading perspective, the structure can be approached in a disciplined way:
Trading Strategy (Breakout Continuation Setup)
The ideal approach is to wait for a retest of the breakout zone (former wedge resistance). This zone often acts as a decision area where the market either confirms strength or rejects the move.
Entry Zone: Retest of breakout support (previous wedge resistance) or continuation break above recent highs if momentum is strong
Confirmation: Bullish price action on lower timeframes (rejection wicks, bullish engulfing, or strong close above structure)
Stop Loss: Below the wedge breakout invalidation level (below last swing low inside the breakout structure)
Targets:
TP1: First liquidity zone / recent local resistance
TP2: Mid-range resistance area where prior distribution occurred
TP3: Extended move if momentum accelerates after breakout continuation
Risk Management:
This is not a “chase” setup. The strongest edge comes from patience — either catching the retest or waiting for a clean continuation confirmation. Risk per trade should stay controlled, as breakout patterns can often retest aggressively before moving higher.
Market Context:
If broader crypto sentiment remains stable or bullish, COSMOS can benefit from rotational momentum, especially as capital flows into mid-cap altcoins after Bitcoin stabilizes.
Overall, the structure is shifting from compression to expansion — but the real confirmation will come from how price behaves around the breakout zone in the next moves.
