Hexun Information Feng Lushun: Commercial Spaceflight vs Robotics, What's Next?
On May 12th, Feng Lushun from Hexun Information stated that many friends are asking who has the upper hand, and whether CPO can continue to push higher. Let’s analyze this through volume and price.
First, look at commercial aerospace; the current rise in volume and price is normal. The stock price hit a new high, and trading volume also increased. However, this direction is not simple because there was a large bearish candlestick earlier, which is a massive volume and price spike corresponding to a big downtrend candle.
Therefore, two lines were drawn at the opening price of the big bearish candle and halfway through the candle, marking the largest selling pressure zone during the decline. Yesterday, the price entered this selling pressure zone. It was mentioned then that short-term profit-taking could cause a pullback, and indeed, profit-taking occurred yesterday.
Next, the price is expected to test the 5-day moving average, so pulling back to the 5-day moving average or buying on dips below it is the best strategy. After the dip, the price will likely hit a new high and continue upward.
Looking at the robot sector, it is exactly the same as commercial aerospace. There is a trapped capital pressure zone ahead, and recently it was also suppressed by profit-taking. Today, it is consolidating with reduced volume. After this consolidation, the situation remains the same.
The best approach is to buy on dips below the 5-day moving average, which is near the 5-day line. This adjustment provides us with an opportunity to get on board, and there is no problem with this strategy.
