I really gave myself a scare just now: when copying the address, I accidentally added an extra character, and the wallet still showed "Successfully Submitted." I stared at the blockchain explorer for a long time with no movement, thinking the money had flown away... It wasn't until about ten minutes later that it finally appeared. I then realized that the explorer I was looking at was actually using a certain RPC/indexing service, which was lagging behind. You might think "nothing happened on the chain," but in reality, it's just that the "on-chain" data you see is delayed.
Especially these past couple of days, that main public chain is about to upgrade, and everyone in the group is guessing whether the project will migrate. I think there's no need to jump to conclusions about a scam or exit scam just yet. Often, it's just nodes switching, caches not updating, or index rebuilding, causing data to be intermittent and making it look like something's wrong. Anyway, my current habit is: cross-check at least two or three different RPCs or explorers for the same transaction, and don't rely on a single source as the truth. A more reliable process keeps the mind calmer.
