It seems that Mr. Mask's xAI has launched a paid version of Supergrok. For $10 a month, you can use the higher-tier model Grok 3.5. Free users are limited to Grok 3, with restrictions on query count and features, but with Supergrok, it looks like they plan to almost eliminate restrictions for serious users like researchers and creators.
Until now, it was fairly usable even for free, so they might be moving to a paid model now. Similar strategies are used by ChatGPT Plus and other AI services, so this trend seems to be common. I'm curious about how much Supergrok can actually be used.
