I just saw that Cryptovoxels has rebranded, and since this May, it's called Voxels. I've heard of this Ethereum-based metaverse platform before, where players can buy land, and the concept still seems pretty interesting.
Cryptovoxels initially set the total land supply at 70k plots, and such scarcity settings are still somewhat meaningful. Their previous plan was to launch an official trading and leasing platform, but I don't know how things have progressed after the rebranding. Anyway, changing from Cryptovoxels to Voxels seems to be a way to simplify the brand name.
The metaverse has fluctuated in popularity over the past few years, but platforms like Voxels that allow users to actually own digital assets still have their own ecosystem logic. Have you played on any platforms like this?
