Australia's new Mogami warships to add RTX SeaRAM missile defense
RTX’s Raytheon business secured a contract from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries to supply SeaRAM ship self-defense systems for Australia’s new Upgraded Mogami-class frigates, replacing the Anzac-class. This marks Australia’s first SeaRAM procurement, covering systems for the first three ships, with deliveries starting in late 2028.
