Just now my hand got itchy again, saw a big bullish candlestick and wanted to chase, but I stopped and asked myself: am I really getting new information, or am I being pushed by K-line emotions? Honestly, most of the time I can't even clearly explain "why this wave is rising," and I already want to add to my position... which is basically emotion.

Recently, modularization and the DA layer have been hyped up again, developers are talking animatedly, and I, as a user, am often confused: understanding the narrative doesn't mean I can make money, let alone that it's suitable for my current position. My simple method is: if there's real information, write it down (source, logic, worst-case scenario); if I can't write it down, just assume I'm high and close the page to go get a glass of water.

By the way, my colleague can tell just by looking at my face while watching the market that the market is messing with people's psychology again. Let's leave it at that for now, don't let your fingers move faster than your brain.
