Very honest opinion! Daniela Amodie, co-founder and CEO of Anthropic, a British English literature student, spoke during her speech at Stanford Business School about the wave of AI development, revealing the core value that humans cannot replace in the age of artificial intelligence.

In her view, the focus of developers' work in the AI era will shift to communication and collaboration, as purely coding tasks will gradually be replaced by AI.
When discussing AI's impact on the job market, Daniela said that AI is mostly a complement to work, not a complete replacement.
So far, there hasn't been widespread replacement of professions; only some customer service tasks have been affected to a limited extent.
The deeper issue is that AI could break the link between work, meaning, and social life, and society must adapt to this change proactively.
At the same time, she warned that the ease of using AI makes humans gradually abandon active thinking, and the boundaries of "learning" and "cheating" have become more blurred. That’s why Anthropic developed a Socratic-style learning model aimed at stimulating users' thinking ability.
When AI fully surpasses humans in mental work, Daniela believes that the unique human trait, the "bedside manner," meaning the ability to empathize, care, and understand others' feelings, cannot be replaced.
The value generated from this emotional connection will increase significantly in the AI era; even if AI's diagnostic capabilities are very strong, it cannot provide human care for patients.
Finally, in facing uncertainty in the AI industry, she sends a message to entrepreneurs: stay true to the projects you truly love, and adhere to the principles of being good people and doing good business. Good intentions and business success are not mutually exclusive; they have a positive relationship.
