According to OpenRouter’s global application invocation data, Hermes Agent surpassed OpenClaw (lobster) for the first time, reaching 271 billion tokens in daily usage and taking the top spot.

OpenClaw’s daily token usage was 245 billion, ranking second; third place was Kilo Code with 149 billion tokens; fourth place was Claude Code with 79.2 billion tokens. Hermes’ cumulative token consumption has exceeded 6.37 trillion.

The data shows that in mid-April, Hermes Agent entered first place on the “Most Popular Programming Agent” sub-list, but it has never ranked first on the overall list.

The report said that in May, Hermes’ top five models by invocation ranking were MiMo-V2-Pro of Xiaomi (01810), MiniMax M2.7 of MiniMax (00100), NVIDIA’s Nemotron 3 Super, Step 3.5 Flash of StepFun, and Hy3 preview of Tencent Holdings (00700).
