Sometimes, others' suppression and denial of you are not just random emotional reactions.

In some cases, they see a certain potential or ability in you, which creates competitive pressure for them, so they don't want you to become stronger;
there are also times when they want to gain something from you, such as value, resources, or dependency;
some situations stem from their own emotions, cognitive limitations, desire for control, or simply habitual behaviors, and don't necessarily mean they have truly "accurately seen your abilities."
Therefore, the more important point is not to guess why others treat you this way, but whether you can gradually establish your own judgment amid these external voices: what is fact, what is just their projection; what is worth considering, and what doesn't need to be taken to heart.
When you start to understand this clearly, your strength will truly become stable.
