I muted the group, and the world suddenly became much quieter.

It was fine when I was watching the floating gains, at most my mood would drift a little;
But once it was floating losses, even if the position wasn't large, my mind would automatically start filling in the worst-case scenarios, tossing and turning before bed, thinking "Should I add more, should I cut, will I get liquidated with one needle?"
Honestly, the lost money feels like it's sticking to me, while the money gained seems to pass by like a passerby.

Recently, the NFT royalty debate and the saliva wars seem quite similar:
Creators feel distressed over losing even a dollar, while traders fear that adding another layer of friction will kill liquidity.
Everyone is anxious about "that little bit," but no one seriously considers whether they can withstand the volatility.
Anyway, I’ve now set stop-losses and alarms, so I won’t let emotions control risk management…
That’s it for now.
