My personal impressions after trying the EAA rankings. Recently, many people at the gym have been drinking EAA, so I decided to try about 15 popular products. Honestly, I didn't know which one to choose, so I compared them based on ingredients, taste, and ease of continued use.

In conclusion, the product you should choose depends on whether you prioritize ingredients or taste. Among the ones I tested, if you focus on ingredients, Myprotein's Impact EAA is the best. It has an essential amino acid content of 79.6%, with almost zero carbs and fats. At 28 kcal per serving, it's helpful during muscle building. However, to be honest, it has a bitter aftertaste, so if you want flavor, another option might be better.

If cost performance is your priority, Diffferent's F&W EAA Lemon flavor was good. It costs about 55 yen per serving, with an essential amino acid content of 83%, which is high. The taste isn't bad, and it's easy to continue daily. It has some bitterness, but it's within an acceptable range.

If you want to prioritize taste above all, ThreePiece's VITAS EAA Kiwi can be drunk like juice. The refreshing kiwi flavor makes it very easy to drink, perfect for beginners in EAA. However, its essential amino acid content is only 65.7%, so its efficiency is lower. Also, it contains 5.8g of carbs, so people concerned about calories should be cautious.

Ultimate Life's GronG EAA Green Apple is also easy to drink, but since it doesn't contain histidine, it's not a complete EAA. The flavor is very neutral and juice-like, but from a nutritional standpoint, it's somewhat mediocre.

REYS Lemon Lime flavor contains beta-alanine, making it suitable for those aiming for training effects. The flavor is sweet and sour with a good balance. Its essential amino acid content is 66.7%, making it a good balance between flavor and function.

CSC's HULX-FACTOR White Grape flavor has decent ingredients, but it doesn't contain tryptophan. It's lightly sweet and refreshing, but the strong bitterness makes it a choice for certain people only.

Real Style's Be Legend EAA Sunset Orange is certified doping-free, so it's safe for competitive athletes. The orange flavor pairs well with the bitterness. However, its essential amino acid content is only 66.5%, which is a bit disappointing.

Naturecan's Green Apple has low fat content, which is good, but I found the artificial sweetness and bitterness a bit off-putting. I like the green apple aroma, but it's not ideal for daily drinking.

SOLIA's All-in-One EAA Peach contains beta-alanine and creatine. It tastes extremely sweet and delicious, so you can drink it like juice. However, it contains 6g of carbs, so those managing calorie intake should be careful.

Muscletech's Fruit Punch is popular on iHerb. It's easy to drink because it has no bitterness, but its essential amino acid content is only 56.8%. The strong sweetness might be a concern, but if you prioritize taste, it could be an option.

I think the most important thing in the EAA ranking is what you personally prioritize. Whether you focus on ingredients for muscle building or taste for daily continuation. Personally, I feel that choosing products with a good balance of ingredients and flavor is key to long-term consistency. I believe it's worth experimenting to find what works best for you.
