I've been working in finance / crypto for the last 11 years.

But I can't help but feel this industry is becoming more and more corporate.
Every conference I've attended since 2022/23 has felt less like the decentralized place we all loved and more like something JP Morgan would've put together.
I'm not even moaning about it either. That's what happens when an industry matures.
I just genuinely think we're coming to the end of an era.
Once the CLARITY Act passes, I think crypto changes forever. The next phase will be institutions, regulation, compliance and big money fully taking over the space.
Maybe that's needed.
But I'm glad I got to experience the early stages of this industry before all of that happened.
The next 10 years will look completely different to the last 10. That's for sure.
