Golden Finance reports that on May 8, the three major U.S. stock indices opened higher collectively. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.46%, the Nasdaq increased 0.57%, and the S&P 500 index gained 0.44%. Baidu rose over 5%, with its AI chip company Kunlun Chip advancing the listing process in Shanghai and Hong Kong; Qualcomm rose over 5%, Micron Technology increased over 4%; CoreWeave fell over 6%, after previously raising the lower end of its annual capital expenditure guidance range.
