In the trading world, the hardest thing is not holding the float, but controlling your own emotions. Many people only see the results, but behind that there is fear, doubt, overthinking, even learning to recover after a loss. XAUUSD teaches me one thing: patience is more important than the desire to enter. Sometimes the market goes up not to chase, down not to be afraid of. Everything has its time. I'm not the best trader, still learning to read the direction and control my mindset. But one thing for sure, I prefer a slow process over quick profits that can ruin the account.
