Been diving into NFT marketplaces lately and honestly there's way more options now than I expected. Started with OpenSea since everyone talks about it - yeah, it's massive and has basically everything, but the interface takes some getting used to. Supports multiple blockchains too which is nice if you're not just Ethereum focused.

Found it interesting that there's actually a whole tier of 'premium' NFT marketplace platforms now. Like SuperRare and MakersPlace are way more curated - they're basically like going to a high-end gallery instead of a flea market. Artists have to apply and get approved, which sounds restrictive but honestly the quality difference is noticeable. If you want serious digital art instead of random collectibles, that's the move.

The Solana alternative (Solanart) caught my attention too. Most NFT marketplace discussions are Ethereum-heavy, but there's definitely activity on other chains now. Way lower fees which matters when you're actually buying stuff.

CryptoPunks is still wild - those pixel art pieces are expensive as hell, but they're like the OG collectibles. You can bid directly on Larva Labs instead of going through middlemen.

Not gonna lie though, the whole NFT marketplace space feels different than 2021-2022 when everything was exploding. Things have definitely cooled off, but the platforms that focused on curation and quality seem to be holding up better. Rarible's community-owned model is interesting too if you want something between the massive exchanges and the boutique galleries.

Anyone else actively buying on these platforms or just browsing?
