As an investor interested in digital asset trading, I recently attempted a trading practice using Gate AI. Here are my experiences and reflections.
1. Preparation Before Trading
Before starting the trade, I created an API key on the API management page, granting "trade" and "query" permissions so that the AI assistant could call relevant interfaces to perform trading operations.
Next, I described my trading needs and goals to the AI: I hoped to perform a buy operation on the KAS/USDT trading pair based on technical indicator analysis under the current market environment.
2. AI Assistant's Strategy Analysis
Gate AI analyzed the technical indicators based on the trading pair I provided and the current market data. It integrated six technical indicators: MACD, KDJ, RSI, LWR, BBI, and MTM, to determine the market's bullish or bearish trend through indicator resonance.
The AI assistant's analysis showed that the current KAS/USDT trading pair met the "Six Veins Divine Sword" strategy's buy conditions, meaning all six indicators simultaneously signaled a buy, and the previous day was not in a golden cross state. Therefore, it recommended executing a buy.
3. Trade Execution
After confirming the AI assistant's suggestion, I authorized it to execute the trade. The AI assistant submitted a buy order at the current market's best ask price via API, with the quantity of KAS calculated based on my set fund ratio.
After submitting the trade, I monitored the order status in real-time through the platform's trading record page. Soon after, the order was filled, and I successfully bought a certain amount of KAS, recording the purchase price and quantity.
4. Post-Trade Observation and Reflection
After the trade was completed, I continued to observe the subsequent price movements of the KAS/USDT trading pair using Gate AI's market analysis feature. Over the next few hours, the market experienced some fluctuations, but my position did not trigger stop-loss or take-profit conditions.
Through this trading practice, I deeply realized the auxiliary role of Gate AI in trading decisions: it can help investors quickly analyze market data, provide decision-making suggestions based on technical indicators, and to some extent reduce the blindness of trading decisions.
