CME Group plans to launch its own Bitcoin futures contracts on June 1, pending approval from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).



The new product will be the first regulated financial derivative to measure Bitcoin volatility, providing institutions with more advanced tools for risk management and trading.
