Just been reading about Jet Li's family situation and it's actually pretty interesting. The guy's 62 now and has four daughters from two different marriages, which is quite a story in itself.

So his first marriage was to Huang Qiuyan - they met while filming 'Shaolin Kid' back in the day. They had two daughters together: Li Si, who's 37 and an American citizen, and Taimi Li, who's 36. Li Si actually tried the entertainment route - did some reality show appearances and auditions, but nothing really took off. Taimi Li, on the other hand, seems to have kept a lower profile. From what I can gather, she's more introverted and didn't pursue the same path as her sister. Both girls are based in the States.

Then Jet Li married Li Zhi - they connected on a film set and eventually tied the knot in the US. They have two younger daughters: Jane Li, 25, who's apparently a Harvard student and really into dance, and Jada, 22, also studying at Harvard. These two seem to have gotten more of the entertainment exposure, especially Jane who's been performing since childhood.

What strikes me most is how different his daughters' paths have been. Taimi Li and her sister took one route, while Jane and Jada seem to be on a completely different trajectory. It's wild how family dynamics play out, especially in the public eye.

Honestly though, looking at recent photos of Jet Li compared to someone like Andy Lau, the guy looks significantly older. The toll of health issues over the years really shows. But his family seems to be doing well, which is what matters most I guess.
