US, Iran Work on 14-Point Framework as Islamabad Talks May Resume Next Week

The United States and Iran are working through mediators to finalize a one-page, 14-point memorandum of understanding for month-long negotiations aimed at ending the war. Disputes over uranium enrichment, possible transfer of highly enriched uranium, the Strait of Hormuz, and sanctions relief could complicate the final negotiations.
