Emergency night shift, a 20-year-old girl came in, with a fever of 38 degrees and stomach pain.


Asked if she has had sexual activity, she said no.
Asked if her menstrual cycle is normal, she said it hasn't come this month.
Routine blood tests and abdominal ultrasound were ordered.
The ultrasound doctor called and said: "Ectopic pregnancy rupture, large amount of fluid in the abdominal cavity, call gynecology consultation immediately!"
She was still denying: "Impossible, I didn't..."
