Recently, hot topics change faster than I scroll through short videos, today AI Agents, tomorrow automatic trading, on-chain interactions. To put it simply, attention is like chips; once you're led by the rhythm, your hands get itchy, and your orders become tools for others to monetize emotions.

My current self-rescue method is pretty crude: when I see social media suddenly flooded with "Everyone's using it" or "Miss it and you'll regret," I don't look at the K-line first, I check if I'm getting caught up emotionally. Then I glance at whether the funding rate and on-chain activity are soaring together; if the hype doesn't match the data, I treat it as pure talk. Also, those claiming to "help you make money automatically"—there are many who hype narratives, few who prioritize safety. I always click cancel on authorization pop-ups; I'd rather miss out than spend extra learning costs from being hacked again. Anyway, hot topics will always have the next wave, don’t treat yourself as fuel.
