CryptoWorld News: Unity announces that its AI toolkit, Unity AI, has officially entered public beta, requiring Unity version 6.0 or above. The toolkit offers built-in dedicated Agents and connects third-party large models with the Unity engine through AI Gateway and the official MCP Server. Unity provides both proprietary tools and open access options; the built-in Agents are trained with 20 years of best practices, supporting scene understanding and operation execution within the editor. Developers can connect to subscribed third-party Agents via AI Gateway, and such calls do not consume official points. The MCP Server allows developers to bridge and control Unity from external IDEs, with performance surpassing existing open-source alternatives. Regarding pricing, paying users do not need to pay extra; personal edition users receive a 14-day (limited to 1000 points) free trial, after which a subscription costs $10 per month (including 1000 points). The official promises that user project data will not be used for model training, and AI-generated assets will be embedded with exclusive provenance tags.
