Just now I got a little itchy and wanted to chase a green... oh no, a red one. I thought for a moment and paused for three seconds to ask myself: am I getting some new information, or am I just being carried away by K-line emotions? To put it simply, when emotions push the position, the only thing left in my mind is "don't miss out," but real information is usually not that noisy.
Recently, I've seen quite a few dramas about economic collapses in blockchain games, with inflation rising, studios entering the market, and coin prices dropping, spiraling downward. The more anxious you are, the easier it is to treat yourself as fuel. Anyway, my current approach is: when impulse hits, first reduce the position size; if I can wait, I wait. Even when trading small, it's better to slowly endure than to get caught up in the moment. That's it for now.
